Returns Policy

In addition to the standard Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach "Kate and Ava". Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.

Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of perfume and smoke.

All items bought in Sale must be returned within 7 days

In order to receive a full refund on sale items purchased from our web store the items must be posted back to the below address within 7 days. Please see Returns Post below for more information.

All price "Kate and Ava" tags must still be attached to the item.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Returns by post

UK and Republic of Ireland customers can return items by post at your expense.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all price and 'do not remove' tags still attached.

Take the parcel your nearest Post Office and obtain proof of postage for you order.

We aim to refund your credit/debit card within 14 days of the return being posted.

Important: We will not refund lost parcels unless you can produce the proof of postage. The items ordered are yours until we receive them so please keep your proof of postage in a safe place until your account has been credited with your return.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
